SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up Fridays and Saturdays during opening hours or by arrangement.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and we will be in touch to arrange a collection time.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All product prices include FREE postage within Australia!

Most orders are shipped by Standard Parcel Post and you will be emailed a Tracking ID. However small orders such as 1 pair of stockings will be sent by Regular Letter Post and will NOT have a Tracking ID.  

If you would like your order sent via Express Post please leave a comment in your order and we will email you a quote for the extra postage fee.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of placing your order using Australia Post.  Australia Post's delivery standard outlined below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to many countries.  Simply place your order with the delivery address and we will be in touch via email to provide you a quote for the international shipping fee.  If you decide not to proceed with the order, we will cancel it for you free of charge.

A note regarding shipping to the USA and Puerto Rico

Currently, the shipping process to the USA and Puerto Rico is under review due to new tariff and customs rules as set out in US Executive Order 14324.  Please contact us to discuss your order as you may be liable to pay any customs duties applicable to your order, prior to it entering the USA or Puerto Rico.

We value our international customers and we will advise the correct process moving forward, once we have more details and the process becomes clear.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount – you just need to pay the postage to send it back to us. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dale@velvetrosespinup.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Please refer to the REFUND POLICY on our website for further information.

IF YOUR ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE

If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 to 10 days please get in touch with us via email or by phone and we can chase up through Australia Post what is happening with your package. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Please refer to the REFUND POLICY on our website for further information.
